Enjoys Teaching About Oils!

About the Instructor
Christina G. Hagan, LMBT #6398, FCCI, has worked with children and adults with special needs for 13 years as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired and Orientation and Mobility Specialist. In 2004 she graduated from  The Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy and is Internationally Certified in NeuroMuscular Massage.  After being introduced to Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils in massage school, and personally experiencing improved health through the use of them, she wanted to teach others how beneficial they are.  She attended an educational program through the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education (CARE).  Finding those classes valuable, she subsequently completed more than 500 additional hours of training and is a Fully Certified CARE Instructor (FCCI).  Christina has enjoyed teaching with CARE since 2006.

Not only does Christina teach 3 day CARE Intensives, but she holds monthly classes throughout the Raleigh area to share how families can use Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils for common ailments, flu prevention and to reduce toxins in the home.  Christina also works with families individually to assess what oils would be appropriate for their specific wellness concerns.

Christina and her husband Brian are owners of Healthy Steps.  Brian’s specialties are Sports Massage and NeuroMuscular Massage.  Christina is excited to see how her passions; essential oils, children with special needs and massage have successfully come together to support families in becoming more independent in their health and wellness through Healthy Steps.
